Return Policy & Warranty
You may return like-new, undamaged items from a smoke-free environment within 15 days of purchase for a refund. Items should be returned in their original packaging. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (if you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). All returns will be subject to a $10 restocking fee. We will not accept returns on merchandise that appears used, covered in hair, smells, or is returned more than 15 days after purchase.
If you would like to make a return or exchange, you must contact us by phone 1.651.440.9321 or email email@example.com and receive confirmation that we will accept the item. Items returned to us without notification will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
L'il Back Bracer offers complete warranty against failure for all products for 6 months from the date of purchase. Warranty is void if the product has not been used according to instructions, or if the product shows evidence of misuse.
If failure of a L'il Back Bracer product should occur, contact Customer Care at firstname.lastname@example.org, to return the defective product along with proof of purchase. This warranty does NOT cover failure due to normal wear and tear or improper use.
