RETURNS

You may return like-new, undamaged items from a smoke-free environment within 15 days of purchase for a refund. Items should be returned in their original packaging. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (if you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

ALL RETURNS WILL BE SUBJECT TO A RESTOCKING FEE

Unopened Sealed Bag

If the returned L'il Back Bracer Support is still enclosed in the heat sealed bag, AOC will provide a full refund of the original product price, less a $10 restocking fee. Any additional shipping fees are nonrefundable.

Opened Sealed Bag

If the sealed bag is opened when returned, AOC will provide a full refund of the original product price less a $20 restocking fee. Any additional shipping fees are nonrefundable.

We will NOT accept returns on merchandise that appears used, covered in hair, smells, or is returned more than 15 days after purchase.

If you would like to make a return or exchange, you must contact us by email care@lilbackbracer.com  or  phone 1.651.440.9321 to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number:

ANY ITEM RETURNED WITHOUT AN RA# WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND OR EXCHANGE!

Our returns department will not be able to distinguish your product if no authorization number is listed on your return. Products without an RA # are discarded.

 

WARRANTY

L'il Back Bracer offers complete warranty against failure for all products for 6 months from the date of purchase. Warranty is void if the product has not been used according to instructions, or if the product shows evidence of misuse.  

If failure of a L'il Back Bracer product should occur, contact Customer Care at care@lilbackbracer.com, to return the defective product along with proof of purchase.
